Delivery and return

We understand that waiting for your new products can be challenging, which is why we strive to offer fast and efficient delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered
multiple items in one order but they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the last item.

This means you have 14 days from the day of receiving your parcel to inform us of your
decision to cancel the purchase. You may notify us via email at customerservice@lalatoto.com
or use the standard cancellation form, which can be found at the bottom of our terms and conditions.

Please note, you cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to accept the delivery without simultaneously informing us.

You can purchase a return label through GLS via our return portal here. Alternatively,
you are welcome to return the package via any shipping company of your choice,
provided it is delivered to the following address:

Please ensure you remove the old label before applying the new one to avoid the risk
of your parcel being returned to you by the shipping company.
