We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.

Your name, address, phone number and email address will be passed on to GLS or PostNord so that your item can be delivered and they can inform you about this.

Your payment information is passed on to Quickpay so that payment for the purchase can be made.

If you choose to pay via AnyDay, your name, address, phone number, email address and payment information will be disclosed so that an installment plan can be implemented.

The personal data is registered with LALATOTO of Denmark ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Basis and purpose of processing

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation, delivery confirmation and possibly a newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the agreement entered into. When making payments, some of your data will be passed on to Quickpay, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your email address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your product or service.

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We have our website with Shopify and payment system through Quickpay, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Shopify data centers.

We use external companies as suppliers to provide our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data on our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

Your rights

As the data subject, you have a number of rights that we must ensure are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:

– to access and correct/change your personal data

– to have personal data deleted

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
